"On behalf of the Valley Sheltered Workshop we would
like to thank Batavia United Way and all of the Batavians
for the much needed funding to keep our organization going.
With your help we are able to offer this much needed service
to mentally and physically handicapped adults of the Fox
Valley Area."

"Elderday Center feels privileged to
receive financial support from the Batavia United Way. It
allows us to serve the increasing number of the senior citizens
in our community who are becoming more frail. Most want
to stay in their own home as long as possible. They are
happier there and it is more economical. By using adult
day services and having additional support from their family
members, many are able to stay at home. This need will only
continue to grow as the aging population increases. Thanks
for trying to prepare for the future."

"The Court Appointed Special Advocate
(CASA) program relies on local funding to be able to continually
recruit and train new volunteers. Every year, over 4000
abused and neglected children depend upon our advocates
to represent their best interests throughout the court process.
The Batavia United Way recognizes this need exists in its
community and has persistently provided funding to ensure
that no child will be left without a voice in court."

"Chase Batavia and our employees are happy to support
the Batavia United Way. They do a great job working with
the agencies that help the community."
